A Dibit is a nonrefundable reservation that grants you additional days or months to access face value tickets. You can transfer Dibits to friends, who can choose to accept or decline.

If you're ready to commit to the event, go to your My Dibits section and click "Redeem" to access the ticket you reserved. If you don’t want the tickets, simply forego clicking redeem or offer the Dibit to friends and family.

+ What is a Dibit?

When you buy a dibit, you are reserving access to whatever the dibit is on. This hold is valid until the dibit expires. A dibit on a ticket for a show, for example, would guarantee the holder of the dibit access to the ticket at face value - even if the ticket was sold out or priced much higher everywhere else. After a dibit expires, it cannot be used for anything.

Some dibits are contingent. They only come into play if a certain condition is met. For example, we list dibits on tickets to the College Football Playoff National Championship. These dibits are team-specific, and only come into play if the team that the dibit is on is playing in the National Championship.

Other dibits are non-contingent and always remain valid until they expire. Most dibits to shows or live events work on a non-contingent basis. We make the details of each dibit (including the expiration date and the type of dibit) clear when purchasing.

+ Why buy a Dibit?

Dibit empowers fans with added flexibility and affordability to attend their favorite events. By reserving a face value ticket, you can guarantee yourself the ability to go to your chosen event at that price.

+ Can Dibits be sold?

Yes. A fan can list purchased dibits on the Fan Marketplace at any price they choose. A 20% transaction fee is added to the price. When the listing sells, the money will be placed in the fan’s account to withdraw at their convenience. Alternatively, this credit can be towards future dibit purchases.

+ Does the cost of a Dibit apply toward the final purchase price?

No. The price of a dibit does not go towards anything else.

+ Are Dibits refundable?

All dibit purchases are non-refundable.
